We have over 20 years experience in IT, developing mainframe applications in such diverse areas as warehousing and logistics, DIY retail and telecommunications before specialising in the financial services sector in 1996; since when we have delivered Service Management, Project Management and Service Transition/Introduction capability to FI Group (now Steria), Barclays Bank, Barclaycard, Norwich Union Insurance (now Aviva), Norwich Union Healthcare, and the Co-Operative Financial Services.
Our lead consultant is "Red Badge" certified in ITIL Infrastructure Service Management and with many years experience of Prince2 and various company-specific project and programme management methodologies, we are well placed to manage and review the introduction of new and changed services into operational environments and to offer guidance and assistance in understanding operational requirements, minimising operational risk, and maximising operational stability through periods of change. We also have expertise in various regulatory areas such as BASEL2, ICOB, credit card security (PCI DSS) and TCF.
